Yes, exceptional service from the site. Packaging was safe and secure. Upon opening I loved how the original box was packed. And that instructions and cleaning supplies were included with amazing artwork. After opening the original box the doll was wrapped and sealed very securely. Once opened completely, I could not express how pleased I was with gorgeous doll. Every part of her was exquisite. Her touch and feel were VERY REAL! So beautiful in every way.
